Meet Adrion
I’m on a passionate mission to empower the “magical middle” to thrive—particularly in today’s AI era.
Adrion Porter is a speaker, LinkedIn Top Voice, and the founder of Mid-Career Mastery®, a professional transformation company for today’s new age of AI (artificial intelligence.
A former 20+ year marketing executive, Adrion is now on a passionate mission to empower what he calls “the magical middle” to get UNstuck and thrive—particularly in the AI era.
Adrion defines the “magical middle” as mid-career, midlife, middle management, or any pivotal moment of a meaningful transition.
As Adrion reinforces, Mid-Career Mastery is more than a company.
It’s a “movement” to redefine and reimagine the middle as no longer a season of stagnation, but an inflection point towards a career path of purpose, fulfillment, and reinvention.
Adrion is also the creator of Mastery Map®, a simple, yet powerful framework designed to help others navigate and thrive in their career journey—at any age or stage.
Grounded in neuroscience and real-world application, the Mastery Map® codifies what Adrion calls the three pillars of transformation: Mindset, Meaning, and Milestones.
Adrion is frequently invited to deliver Mid-Career Mastery workshops and present keynotes to many world leading organizations including Fidelity Investments, TIAA, Humana, AARP, Truist, the Institute of Coaching, and others.
In addition to leading Mid-Career Mastery, Adrion is the creator and host of the Gen X Amplified podcast. The highly rated show features conversations with leaders who reflect upon their own professional narrative as Gen’Xer, while also discussing key issues affecting the powerful generation between the Boomers and Millennials.
Adrion is also the creator of the #FabulousOver40 Spotlight Series on LinkedIn, celebrating leaders who are making a meaningful impact in the during their “magical” middle years.
