During this chat, Jeff and I discussed my background, how I got into the field of age diversity, and my passion for mid-career/midlife professional growth.
We also discussed ways to work more effectively with leaders in age diverse teams and environments, and the different tools that you can use in your life to get unstuck in your own career, and working with others in your day to day life.
