A former 20+ year marketing executive, Adrion is now on a passionate mission to help people master and maximize their middle years—whether at midlife, mid-career, or any inflection point no matter your age.
Adrion is frequently invited by organizations around the world to present his signature Mastery Map™ framework that codifies what he calls the “3 pillars of transformation” for getting unstuck, finding your purpose, and thriving in your career journey at any age.

Adrion created Gen X Amplified to redefine the narrative of Generation X, and also empower people in this “middle” generation to inspire and build bridges as leaders in today’s multigenerational world of work.
Previously, Adrion has led marketing and brand development initiatives for industry giants including HBO, Cartoon Network, Citi, and also serving as the CMO of a tech and media non-profit.
He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
Adrion currently calls the Greater Atlanta area home, where he lives with his wife and two children.
